User Details

The User Details page includes a list of all customer tenant operators defined in their Azure Active Directory. Usernames and passwords of the customer users are by default locally stored in the AudioCodes Customer portal application's database. .The page mirrors the Customer Azure Active Directory. Any change to the AD is reflected in the User Details page immediately after synchronization is performed. The screen displays an aggregated list of users for all customers. The Edit Direct Routing Customer option allows operators to open the Customer portal Users Page.

To manage end users:
1. Open the User Details page (Users menu> User Details tab).

Teams Mode

Indicates the type of calling (Coexistence mode). Prerequisite is TeamsOnly.

License Type

Live Platform License Model type.

Template

Name of attached M365 template.

Enterprise Enabled

Indicates whether Enterprise Voice is enabled for the user.

Tenant

Name of the attached Azure tenant.

2. Click Show to view details for a specific user.

This screen is divided into the following panes:

Contact Details: Displays personal Contact Details
User Statistics: Displays a statistics summary for all calls made by the user
Microsoft Teams/Active Directory Attributes including:
Connection Details
Active Directory Organization unit
Assigned Plan and User Types
Assigned Plan
Site Location details
Microsoft Policies applied to the user
Telephony Policies applied to the user
Teams Policies applied to the user
A list of recent calls made by the user

You can also do one of the following:

Click Call to place a call to the user
Click IM to send an instant chat message to the user
Click Email to send an email to the user.
3. Click Edit Direct Routing Customer to open the Users List in the AudioCodes Customer portal of the customer for whom the selected user is attached.
